Pickup appointments are designed to be quick and easy.
After you’ve selected your appointment time, we’ll ask you for any necessary special instructions (i.e. gate code, parking, apartment number) to ensure Hubs can arrive promptly and without issue.
Please note Hubs are not able to enter your home, and are not able to offer any counsel on item condition or value. Please make sure your items are packed and ready to go for an efficient handoff at your front door.
