We understand that things come up, but please do your best to arrive on time to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your pickup or drop-off appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
If something comes up unexpectedly and you'll be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please reschedule by visiting your account dashboard and tapping the button to reschedule. Your Hub will be notified that your appointment has been changed.
Rescheduling is important because Sella appointments are designed to be quick and easy! If you're more than 10 minutes late, we can't guarantee that your Hub will have enough time to process your items before their next scheduled appointment. Hubs typically can't wait more than 10 minutes for a late pick-up appointment.
Finally, Sella will send you text and email reminders to let you know that your appointment is coming up. We'll do our best to keep your day running on time-- thanks for doing the same!
