After you’ve received your prepaid shipping label, safely pack up your items in one box. Make extra sure all of the items in your order (including chargers and accessories) are packed with appropriate padding if needed. Check out safe packing guidelines from FedEx here. Please note you are responsible for any damage caused by inadequate padding, so please carefully pack your items to prevent this from happening. You can ship your items to us using the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided within 7 days. Find your nearest FedEx drop off location here.
