Providing every detail possible and being 100% transparent about item condition is crucial to a successful transaction.
We will evaluate everything we can during our process, but it’s important that you, as the item’s original owner, disclose any flaw or defect that we wouldn’t be able to detect (i.e., a faulty knob that only malfunctions when held a certain way, an interior zipper that you wouldn’t notice unless trying on the dress).
Selling items on secondhand marketplaces with minor flaws, faulty parts or snags is completely normal, so long as the listing accurately reflects the condition. If the item listing doesn’t disclose a particular flaw, a buyer will almost certainly return your item and you won’t get paid.
