If your item doesn't sell within 60 days, you can pass it on or have it returned to you.
If you're enjoying a life without clutter and want to leave your unsold item with Sella, our team will make sure that it gets into the hands of people who will use it. On the other hand, if you want to have your items returned to you, you have three options:
- Pick up your item: If you're a local customer, you can pick up items at your Sella Hub for free. To schedule an appointment, head to your account dashboard and click 'Schedule a Return.'
- Have items delivered to you: If you're within 15 miles of your Sella Hub, you can generally have items delivered for a fee. To check whether delivery is available and get a price quote, go to your account dashboard and click the button to 'Schedule a Return.'
- Have items shipped to you: If you'd like your items shipped to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost for return shipping depends on the packaging requirements and starts at $10 for packaging and handling, plus the cost of FedEx Ground and insurance.
