If your item doesn't sell within 60 days, you can Pay it Forward and we'll get it to a new home where it will be used, or you can Have it Returned to you.
If you elect to contribute items to our Pay it Forward program, our team will take care of getting items into the hands of people who will use them. Items may be contributed directly to communities via free listings on Marketplace or Craigslist, donated to local organizations, or bundled with other items and sold for pennies to offset the cost of administering our Pay it Forward program.
If you'd like your items returned to you, you have three options:
- Pick up your item: If you're a local customer, you can pick up items at your Sella Hub for free. To schedule an appointment, head to your account dashboard and click the button to schedule a return:
- Have items delivered to you: If you're within 15 miles of your Sella Hub, you can generally have items delivered for a fee. To check whether delivery is available and get a price quote, go to your account dashboard and click the button to Schedule a Return.
- Have items shipped to you: If you'd like your items shipped to you, please email support@hellosella.com. The cost for return shipping depends on the packaging requirements and starts at $10 for packaging and handling, plus the cost of FedEx Ground and insurance.
