If you’ve received a notification that there’s action required on your account, it typically means one of two things: either we need you to approve a listing and pricing strategy, or we need you to make a decision about an item that has expired or is not recommended for sale. If your item has expired or is not recommended for sale, you can have the item returned or Pay it Forward.
In either scenario, we’ll ask you to make a decision as soon as possible. After 14 days, if we haven’t heard from you, there’s a $5 per item fee to cover lost work and storage opportunities for our Hubs. After 28 days, if we haven’t heard anything from you, we’ll mark the item as abandoned and Pay it Forward, per our Terms of Service.
