If Sella notifies you that there is action required on one of your items, then you have 28 days to complete that action. Examples of “action required” would be when we need you to approve a listing, or when we need you or schedule a time to retrieve an unsold item.
We try really hard to get a hold of you when there is action required on one of your items, and you’ll receive a bunch of reminders via text and email. With that said, items are considered abandoned if there has been outstanding action required for more than 28 days. In other words, if we’ve been trying to get in touch with you for four weeks and we still haven’t heard back, then your item is considered abandoned. Abandoned items are passed along to people who will use them (and keep them out of a trash heap), and you can read more about that process here.
