As soon as Sella takes possession of your items, they’re fully insured against damage, theft, and loss. That means that if any of your items are damaged, stolen, or lost after you hand them over to Sella, we’ll handle any claims processes with relevant parties (e.g. USPS, eBay, the buyer, etc.) for you. There’s no cost to you, the seller, and you don’t have to do any paperwork. Nice, right?
